Monthly membership meetings are held once a month from September to May and are currently set by our local executive board to occur on the second Tuesday of the month; normally at 5:30pm.
Members are encouraged to attend. Membership meetings provide an opportunity for you to voice your concerns, vote on motions, and move your own motions. These meetings are also where permission is sought from members on spending, and where financial reports are presented for approval.
Some membership meetings are virtual so you won’t have to leave the comfort of your own home for those.
Notices of meetings are sent out to folks who are subscribed to the Union Local’s Listserv.
