Purpose
In the February, 2026 Regular Meeting, William mentioned that CUPE 1615’s by-laws have been revamped to be more accessible. He noted that the obligations and rules for executive officers have been made clearer. He stated that the by-laws have been conditionally accepted with a few minor changes/edits.
During the same meeting, a motion was passed to strike a five-member ad-hoc committee to implement the changes to the by-laws.

Mandate
The Committee’s mandate is to implement the changes that were made to the CUPE 1615 Local’s by-laws, due to the importance that executive board members and regular members alike need to understand and abide by the new by-laws.
