CUPE 1615 St. John’s Campus Holiday Party

Updates and Information

• Arrival and Admittance
  • Doors will Open at 5:00pm
  • Please have your ticket open on your device or printed
    (note: if you have issues with your ticket we will look you up)
  • Use Entrance 3 which the the south-west and facing the Chemistry Physics Building, or enter via tunnels.
  • Foodbank donations are recommended and can be made upon entering; cash donations are preferred and there will be boxes for non-perishables.
• Meals
  • Food will be served from 5:30pm to 7:30pm
  • If you show up after 5:30pm, ensure that you make one of the servers aware
  • All meal accommodations that were requested up to this point have addressed, so if you requested one, please let your server know
  • Tea, Coffee and soft drink is serve yourself at a station in the front
• Parking
  • Lot 15 will not be ticketed during our event
  • Members with parking permits can also park in any Permitted Lot

This event includes a sit down meal and bar service.

• Three-Course Plated Meal of Oven Roasted Turkey Breast (with alternative Gluten Free, Vegetarian etc. meals available)
• Tea and Coffee
• Complimentary Beverage Tickets, followed by a Cash Bar
• Door prizes

Registration/RSVPing is required to reserve your table seat, meal and beverage tickets.

The suggested cost of admission is a donation of a non-perishable food item or cash to the St. John’s Campus Food Bank.

Door prizes for attending members will be drawn after the meal.
